We are looking for a freelance Marketing Manager who can work with the team remotely and can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

-Lead online marketing of one or more online stores and ensure a steady increase in traffic and conversion;
- Define the store’s identity, market position, and marketing strategy with a focus on increasing traffic, maximize conversion and branding;
- Ensure a top brand experience for the stores' products and content used in marketing materials to ensure a remarkable branding;
- Lead and motivate your team, set smart KPI’s and select candidates to extend your team;
- Understand and create strategies for your toolset and channel-mix inducing social media, SEO, affiliate, SEM, PR, influencers, video platforms…;
- Extend the stores' visibility and reach trough e-commerce platforms including Amazon, price comparison, dropshipping…;
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for keywords, content, and campaigns;
- Use analytical toolsets to review campaigns and channels in order to progress and maximize the success rate;
- Manage and report Freelancers projects, progress, and results;
- Participate in contract negotiations, signing of the contract and settle the account;
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design and business development) to make social media a key component of all campaigns.

Qualifications:

- University degree in Marketing and Business Management or relevant;
- Have a deep understanding and rich experience of how to be successful in e-commerce and online marketing;
- Deep knowledge in sales and online marketing channels including the latest developments, state of the art tools and platforms.
- Be well connected in the online marketing and e-commerce world;
- Ability to work in an online environment;
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills (at least CET 6 /IELTS 6 or equivalent);
- Additional language skills are a big plus.
- An independent result-oriented highly motivated individual;
- Outstanding proposal and negotiation ability can work under pressure, accurate;
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to coordinate workflow, good expression;
- Experience in project management, goal-oriented work style, reviewing and reporting;
- The consciousness of new developments, the reflection of strategies, create new things.
