Architectural Drafter – Revit (Full Time – Night then Morning Shift | US)

Full-time 40 hours per week
Php 50,000 - 55,000 take-home pay monthly
11 pm to 2 am - then 5:30 am to 10:30 am PHT work schedule

About the Client:

Our client based in the United States is a drafting and design services company and is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Revit Drafter in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:

Receive assignments and prepare architectural and working construction plans for residential projects (floor plans, site plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, materials, finishes and other aspects such as framing plans, foundation plans, details, drainage, LID, car parking, and required notes)
Analyze architects or other designs, and prepare preliminary floor plans and Upgrade to see actual infoe Revit, AutoCAD / CAD or manually produce designs or detailed drawings and documentation
Interpret client briefs and prepare and develop sketch plans for client approval
Coordinate closely with the Manager to ensure the accuracy of the projects being handled
Examine relevant codes and by-laws while undertaking project documentation

Requirements:

Has at least five solid years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar or related position
Strong background and competency in using Revit
Highly proficient in CAD/AutoCAD
Effective English communication skills
Must be literate in drafting and design programs to a high degree of proficiency
Background in rendering programs
Can deliver accurate and time-bound based projects with the utmost quality
Has good work ethics
Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Values integrity and reliability
Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines
