I decided to start my own company because (in the USA) I have gotten tired of jobs looking at me only in terms of how much money I can make for them. I feel that people who work for a living should not have to live in fear of their employer. Therefore, It's very important to me that to make our world a better place that I will treat my employees with decency and respect.

So...If you are still reading, here is what the job will consist of:

In this job you will learn several ways to make lists of companies for me to contact (called sourcing).

Maintain documents and email lists in a CRM (hubspot).

Learn the Amazon seller account to manage shipments of products into the warehouses.

Be willing to learn (with me) how to use many different types of software to help our customers with their needs.

Software and Platforms: viral launch, jungle scout, Linkedin, zonmaster, PriceChecker 2, Keepa, Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, Snov.io, RevSeller, Gmass, Amazon Seller Central, Teikametrics, Helium 10, How Many #, Xero, Channel Max, Seller Legend, and Scope.

Also be willing to train new employees.

For five of potential employees I will have a test task for you to complete before the interview. In this task you will be asked to source 100 products while keeping track of your time. I will pay you 20 dollars (US) for completing the sample task. The candidates with the best times will proceed to the interview.

So for the first employee I hire it will be a lot of learning, but you and I will be communicating a lot teaching each other using google hangouts/ email/ or skype. The pay will be 101/hour until the business can earn enough money to afford a second employee for more that three months. Once we hit that level you will move up to 152/hour and more into the future. I will also include paid personal time off, paid holidays, and health insurance pay etc.

I will require you to have a good grasp of the English language, good internet speed and a good computer. I think it's also important that you are pretty resourceful and can figure out problems. If something is giving you a hard time or is going wrong that you bring it to my attention quickly so that we can figure it out together.
