Roof Diagram Technician

RoofSnap delivers detailed roof reports with precise measurements. Our customers rely on these reports to determine the scope and cost of roof replacements. Due to the growing demand from our customers, we are seeking to expand our team of virtual technicians.

Virtual techs use our web application to analyze roofing architecture and create measurement diagrams. Successful applicants will be invited to join paid training sessions and introduced to the RoofSnap app. Our kind and talented professionals will teach and guide you through the process at a manageable pace, utilizing live video chat. You can expect 2 - 4 weeks of direct training and those who excel will be invited to join our established “SketchOS” Team.

Skills and Tasks:
• Use RoofSnap’s proprietary software in order to diagram roofs from aerial imagery
• Analyze building architecture to complete diagrams accurately
• Communicating in English verbally and through chat using our company’s communication platform
• Provide constructive feedback to the team
• Contribute to a shared resource workspace
• Help to document processes, create training material, and manage tasks
• Update training material
• Actively contribute to recruiting efforts
• Assist new hires as they integrate into the team environment
• Contribute to the improvement of our processes and procedures
