JOB OVERVIEW

I run a boutique digital agency and am looking to hire on talented VA's experienced with influencer/affiliate marketing to help me out with various marketing tasks for a few of my clients.

Payment
$4/hour at 20 hours per week to start with opportunity for full-time
2-week paid trial to ensure this is a good fit

Work hours:
20 hours/week to start
Work from 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday - Philippine Standard Time

Job tasks:
I will provide different tasks to work on daily/weekly basis such as:
1. Finding updated email address for some Instagram accounts (I have a list of bounced emails that I need updated emails for)
2. Search for targeted influencers’ profiles on Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube etc with certain guidelines that I will give you
3. For anyone that emails me back and says they aren't interested in working with the brand, take them out of the email sequence so that the person doesn't continue getting emails
4. Address inquiries coming through email
5. Product/Brand Research
6. Assisting with influencer campaigns
7. Perform other various administrative tasks

Requirements:
1. At least 2 years experience in marketing handling Western businesses,
2. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit etc)
3. Knows how to do influencer marketing, working with brand ambassadors, sourcing leads
4. Excellent English language and grammar - You will be directly dealing & communicating with US audience so a near-perfect command of written English is a must-have. Previous experience in sending cold emails & communicating with professionals is also required.
5. Exceptionally strong attention to detail and positive can-do attitude
6. Research skills i.e. the ability to conduct online research about similar products and target audience in order to collect critical information for ads and social media
7. Social media work must be complete manually - no copying/pasting and NO bots
8. Experience with Google applications like Google Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets
9. Must have reliable, fixed internet connection (DSL / Broadband / Fiber) and good computer

BONUSES:
While not a requirement, these are definitely a plus:
1. Experience working with health, lifestyle, or beauty companies
2. Familiar with TikTok and Snapchat
3. Experience with social media advertising via Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
