- detailed oriented


Plus:
- interest or passion in personal development, psychology, coaching & communication
- if you can do graphic design or video editing

Tasks:
- help with outreach & business development (details below)
- assist with calendars and staying on schedule - very important
- you are good with Slack & gmail, gdrive
- review emails or messages for me at times
- help with personal small tasks, such as booking trips
- help with finding graphic designers, sending out surveys
- another layer of customer service when it comes to clients
- Manage contracts (HelloSign)
- Check in with clients to keep them accountable
- Help with book keeping, keeping track of expenses
Checking in daily, and weekly

Example of additional tasks:
Linkedin:
- message people to add for new connections
- Set up appointments
- Manage LinkedIn helper extension



Facebook
messenger:
- Message new connections
- Follow up with people who have not responded
- Manage messenger and qualify potential clients

FB Group:
- Accept people in the FB group and send welcome message
- Respond to comments in FB group

Instagram:
- Write back to instagram messages
- Write message to people who comment on my posts
- Comment on other people’s posts at certain times of the day


Managing calls:
Send text message to clients to remind them of upcoming calls
