I am a real estate professional

Looking for someone to help me with the following tasks:
Advertise apartments on social platforms like craigslist, fb, etc
Must have some knowledge of photoshop, looking to go take pictures of these apartments and will send them to you so we can edit them, making them look nice so we advertise them
Organize the clients that contact us on an excel sheet
Keep track of all the client that contact us
I will book the appts to show them the apts, close the clients

MUST KNOW:

Facebook Advertising
Craigslist Advertising
Some basic knowledge on photo shop
Data Entry Skills
Good Speaking and Writing in English ( you will not make phone calls )

The idea is to keep each other busy in the NYC Rental Market, if we are always generating good leads, we will keep each other busy and working

I will offer bonuses for every client we close, the idea is too rent as many apartments a month as possible
