Senior Sales & Marketing Role

Job Description
An Australian client is searching for the right senior marketing & sales team member who can help coordinate the marketing team and deliver a pipeline of deals for the Principle to sell & close. Some input and ideas will be provided but the right applicant needs to be self-sufficient, with natural sales skills, strong business development skills, excellent communication ability and a results-driven personality. The client is looking for people with the right mindset and who want a long term role. Healthy bonuses will be provided in accordance with performance.

Responsibility:
-No selling required (Principle will sell and close the deals)
-Manage and motivate the staff in the Philippines
-Ensure the staff produce high quality of work
-Make sure the output (warm leads) > the expected KPI for each client
-Client retention - A client should stay for many years
-Onboard clients
-Able to solve problems
-Able to create and modify scripts
-Train staff
-Always working to improve the client stats

The role is Australian AEST timezone with a 9am start (7am Philippine time)
It is Fulltime - 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
