WANTED: Excellent English - accent, writing, and spelling for CUSTOMER SERVICE phone calls, emails, and chats. Must be committed to consistently using a grammar and spelling tool to ensure no Upgrade to see actual info BACKGROUND NOISE during incoming and outgoing calls. Strong internet Upgrade to see actual infodependent, motivated, highly responsible and organized individual with the ability to think independently and solve problems without fear.

Motivated by sales is a plus. We offer performance-based bonuses for completing sales.

Part-time with full-time possibility after 3-6 months.

Work as a part-time administrator for a reputable and established BOOK EDITING COMPANY. Start with a regular weekly schedule of two full shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. Additional hours on Sunday for covering chat inquiries.

Work requires a quiet work environment and PC or laptop with a reliable Internet connection. Additional phone equipment will be provided if needed. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills for customer service and soft sales as well as superior organization and writing skills.


Administrative Duties
As the on-duty administrator, you are the eyes, ears, and hands of the company…completely responsible for the smooth operation of every facet of the services provided, also serving as the friendly representative to clients. This includes overseeing editors; scheduling work as it comes in; monitoring the website; and managing email, chat, and phone communication in real-time. Clients of today expect and often demand immediate responses to their queries, which is why we now offer live chat as well as a human administrator available to answer incoming phone calls whenever possible. Each administrative shift should include:

• Reading and responding to both client and editor emails as quickly as possible
• Making phone calls in response to client queries as appropriate for each time zone
• Assigning work to editors as it comes in
• Monitoring the websites via LiveChat and assisting clients with chats
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Reviewing voicemails and answering them promptly
• Contacting and following up with the appropriate tech or administrative staff member if issues arise
