JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking Virtual Assistant for customer service who have an extensive experience performing the following tasks and meet the following qualifications:

- Mastery of English language both spoken and written.
- Must be able to read and understand customer inquiries, and email communication.
- Must have excellent writing skills for writing customer service communications and email communications with client.
- Extensive experience in Amazon's Seller Central platform required including but not limited to:
o Buyer Seller Messaging/Customer service utilizing templates and custom responses - flagging emails as needed for client
o Seller Feedback Response and Removal
o Seller Support Case Management (Negative review removal)
o Listing optimization; including keyword research, and uploading images.
o Inventory management
o Social Media Direct Message Management
o Reading and marking customer messages as complete
o Utilizing templates and custom responses - flagging emails as needed for client
o Wholesale customer service
o Checking on status of customer purchase orders
o Responding to customer inquiries using templates and custom responses - flagging emails as needed for client.
