VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - OFF PAGE SEO / BACKLINKING/ PBN MGMT

I need someone who understands backlinking (at least as well as I do). This could grow into a full time gig as my company grows. And it is already growing fast. The right person will be making $8-10 an hour in a year and working full time. I also pay bonuses when we have a killer month.

I had someone ask me if I had a list of high TF/CF websites. I didn't know how to respond. If you understand why that's a ridiculous question then its ok to apply to this job. If you don't see why that's ridiculous, you are not the right person.

You MUST know the difference between a citation and backlink.

You MUST know the difference between an NF backlink and a DF backlink. (I used those initials on purpose).

Please note, I am NOT looking for someone who can do 5000 low quality links - I can get that on Fiverr for $10. I need someone who really knows how to get good backlinks consistently and someone who will really help me improve the rankings of the many, many, sites that I create.

If you have have a basic understanding of all this, I have GREAT backlink training for you. But you need to bring some knowledge.

I also need this person to spend about 5-10 hours per week managing my PBN network of about 75 sites. Some basic Wordpress knowledge would be helpful here.

You would keep track of your time on toggl; we communicate with slack, and we use Trello to organize everything.

You need to work around Eastern Standard Time at least to SOME extent. Currently, I ask my people to be available from 9-11 some nights so that I can go over with you what was done that Upgrade to see actual info return, I also am available from 9-11 or 12 at night if you need me as you start your workday, so I am not asking you for anything that I am not willing to do myself. :)

Please do NOT SEND ME ANY LINKS TO RESUMES or WEBSITES.. I WILL NOT OPEN THEM. I do not have time for that (no one does, frankly). We will simply do a short trial, and see how it goes. If it goes well, then we can talk about doing more.

The last two guys I set up on trial said they could do it, then disappeared. is that going to be you, too?
