Duties & Responsibilities:
Graphics design, create presentation materials, video posting/editing

Email
marketing, social media management, website updates
File organization & management: Client Deliveries/SOP/Branding/Sales & Marketing, etc.
Manage CRM, integration & maintenance of other online systems/database
Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management (Acuity, Outlook)
Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, lead generation and business development
Handle confidential company and client information
Collaborate with other team members
Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
At least 5 years working experience (preferably similar role in MNCs , B2B or Management Consulting space)
Must have Graphics Design experience (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
Tech savvy - excellent skills in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficient in collaboration tools (such as Google Docs, Dropbox, other Cloud services/apps) and communication tools (such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Skype)
Well-versed in email marketing (Mailchimp), social media account management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and website updates (Webflow, Squarespace) with basic SEO
Able to perform light video editing and video posting on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
Excellent task & time management to meet the desired business outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible: no task is too high or too low
