Finance Specialist for an Ecommerce Company - Home Based

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Financial Specialist who will join our Finance team to organize our company’s day-to-day finance procedures. Finance procedures includes from basic to advance accounting. A successful Financial Specialist in our company uses financial management knowledge to perform cost analyses, prepare budget reports and evaluate current
accounting trends. You should also advise our senior management team on potential acquisitions and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives and legislation.

To succeed as an Accounting Specialist, you should be committed to providing efficient, reliable support to accounting department members, other departments, and external parties. You should be trustworthy, thorough, and courteous with excellent time management skills.

? Analyze financial data to identify our company’s financial status
? Conduct cost and benchmarking analyses
? Prepare sales, profit and budget reports
? Develop financial models, taking legal limitations into consideration
? Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans
? Design and review fiscal policies
? Identify investment opportunities
? Advise our senior management team on financial planning (e.g. acquisitions, mergers and loans)
? Create forecast models based on current and past financial results
? Prepare PowerPoint Presentations for Management reporting

Administer Transactions: You will maintain daily organization of transactions, accurately enter transactions into system, analyze, review and monitor transactions.
? Provide Financial Reporting: As a Finance Specialist, you will assist with the preparation, organization and coordination of various financial reports. Aggregate and summarize data using technical tools and accounting principles. Also, you
are in-charge in completing the month-end report for Management.

SKILLS
? 3 - 5 years’ experience in Finance role
? Proficient in QuickBooks
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
? Familiarity with finance and statistical analysis software
? Understanding of financial and accounting principles
? An ability to analyze market trends and provide data-based advice
? Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
? Strict adherence to confidentiality regulations and ethical standards
? An ability to present and explain investment information and financial plans

PREFERED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? A four-year degree is essential in the field, particularly in Accounting, Finance or
Business Administration
