JOB OVERVIEW

The Web Manager is responsible in maintaining websites and servers to meet user needs. You will be responsible for making sites easy to use, attractive and Upgrade to see actual info this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. If you also have a strong technical
background, we’d like to meet you.

As the Web Manager, you should have a strong knowledge of content management platforms, and an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our website’s influence in our industry. The Web manager will be responsible for updating our current online applications, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to ensure that new website applications meet our company’s requirements.

Ultimately, you will ensure the functionality and efficiency of web infrastructure.

? Build functional and easy-to-use websites
? Testing websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
? Monitoring online traffic and conversions
? Ensuring functionality and efficiency of sites and web servers
? Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
? Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
? Optimize loading speeds and capacity
? Debug pages and fix broken links or images
? Update website content and review SEO
? Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g. traffic, conversions)
? Address user complaints

? Ensure Website Functionality: The Web Manager must ensure that every
component of your site should work quickly and correctly. Across the spectrum,
everything should work as expected, including hyperlinks, contact forms, site
search, and so on.
? Monitor and Assess Performance: To ensure Increase in visitor retention and
satisfaction, especially for users with slow internet connections; the Web
Manager should optimize the web performance to grow revenue.
? Domain Registration and Hosting: The Web Manager must ensure that
domain and hosting services are registered and renewed on time.
? Full Stack Development: The Web Manager is responsible in the development
of both front and back end portions of the web application. Collects user
requirements to design the structure of the system, write front-end to back-end
codes and logic and troubleshoot the application until it gives the required output.

SKILLS
? Proven work experience as a Web Manager
? Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
? Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
? Familiarity with web standards
? Working knowledge of website management tools
? Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
? Ability to generate creative ideas

PREFERED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? A degree is essential in the field of Computer Science, Design or similar
relevant field
