Telemarketing Sales Representative

`JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contact private individuals, primarily by telephone reading from scripts, to identify and pursuade potential customers to schedule appointments for real estate sales representatives to meet in person or online for a presentation to sell and/or purchase a home.

Once an individual is identified as a potential client, record names, addresses, telephone, email, facebook, and reasons for moving into a computre database (CRM) and launch follow-up plans via telephone, text, email, social media, etc.

Additional Skills: *Speaking English well is a "must". *Should you possess additional telemarketing and presentation skills using tools such as a multi-line dialer (mojo), scheduling software (acuity scheduling), online meeting software (zoom), any other particular skills or software you excel at using, please let me know.
