T-shirt designer

I'm looking for a T-shirt designer. The niche mainly illustrated will be fishing and angling for the european market.
The main focus will be on easy vector graphics based designs of different fishes, fisherman and so on. Sometimes with specified text in english an german.

Please tell me if you need/ prefer to use some special online picture database (also commercial ones) as a template or for inspiration. I may can open an additional account for this purpose.

If everthing turns out to both sides satisfaction a long term cooperation will be aspired.

Please send me some examples of your past work and your conception on the salary.
