JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience to improve the candidate selection process, reduce the time to hire, and improve the overall success of Curated through the people we hire. You should be a skilled networker with the ability to build a strong employment branding and talent pipeline using various tactics, like social recruiting and employee referrals.

The ideal recruiter holds an academic HR or business management background combined with work experience in a professional, medical, clinical or research services environment.

Responsibilities

Execute an overall recruiting strategy
Perform job and task analysis to update and document job requirements, descriptions and objectives for each position
Network and source potential passive candidates from various online channels, social media, professional platforms like LinkedIn and Workable
Act as the primary point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process through the offer to onboarding and integration
Screen resumes and applications in alignment with the job requirements
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical, numerical, language and logical reasoning assessments, and behavioral questions) to assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes are a match to qualifications, cultural fit and compatibility
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and provide detailed profile summaries
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports on recruiting metrics including number of candidates interviewed and hired, time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire,
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs through proper reporting, turnover and retention rates
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Ability and motivation to handle additional HR responsibilities and employer brand projects as needed
Requirements

High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in an HR related or business management field or equivalent work experience preferred;
Proven success in sourcing passive candidates from a variety of channels.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavior based, etc.)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks etc.)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Sound judgement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
