Efficient Accountant Needed for an E-commerce Store

Hello! We are a business running multiple e-Commerce stores. As we scale the business, we are looking to hire a full-time accountant to be part of the team. The job is long-term and pays $4-$6/hour. We pay well and on time - every time. We take care of our people, treat everyone with respect, and we expect you to do the same.

We are looking for an accountant who is:

Must- have requirements:
- E-Commerce & Dropshipping Experience
- Microsoft Excel Expert
- Fluent in English
- Must have own computer
- Stable internet connection

Your responsibilities:
Profit/Loss Sheet (per store)
- Create, manage, and update daily profit/loss for the stores.
- Make an assessment of all costs involved on a daily and monthly basis.
- Track P/L day by day for daily updates.

Profit/Loss Sheet (the whole business)
- Daily and monthly profit/loss for the business in general.
- Include the personnel costs, organization apps, etc.
- Create reports & assessment for the totality of the business

Cash-Flow Sheet (Daily & Weekly)
- Assessment of allowable daily & weekly expense
- Oversee & track upcoming payments
- Miscellaneous business expenses which are not e-commerce related but will be filed as costs (listed separately)
- Tax assessment: Provide amount to set aside
-Bookkeeping

KPI Sheet (Weekly)
- Update and manage the KPI Sheet
- Customer Acquisition Cost Assessment based on current COGS, avg. VAT rate, fees, app costs.

CRO Sheet (Daily)
- Store visitor assessment including revenue, atcs, ics, purs, atc rate, ic rate, cr rate, aov, rcr, rpr, cogs, avg cogs.
