LEAD GENERATOR for HIGH GROWTH COMPANY

About This Job:
We are a digital marketing company based in California, specializing in SEO, Website Design, Pay-Per-Click, and Social Media.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The core mission of the role of Lead Generator is to grow the amount of leads we have in our database by scouring the internet and doing searches and putting the good leads into our CRM.

The Lead Genator would be responsible for the following:

Lead generation and lead research, sending and receiving email. No need to talk to clients on the phone.



Targeted Compensation Range

Base $1.50-$2.00/ hour

Commission / Bonuses - If our sales team converts your lead to a sale, you get 0.5% of the sale. (avg sale is ~$2000).

Flexible hours! This job can be done at any time of day or night. However, must be available for daily 30 minute calls with your manager which may be during US times.

After 3 month probation period, you would qualify for benefits such as 13th Month Pay, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Vacation.



Requirements & Qualifications:
- Full time 40 hours/week.

- Must have excellent SPOKEN and WRITTEN English with pleasant speaking voice

- Must have High speed internet capable for research.

- Must have good computer and headset.

- At least 2+ years of college.

- Excellent organizational and time management.skills

- Must be persistent, very hard working, HONEST,

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Positive Attitude!

- Prior digital marketing experience a plus!

- Will provide training

- PayPal Account for getting paid
