Construction Quantity Take off estimator

We are a construction company in US that builds large apartment buildings. We are seeking a take off technician who can read and understand Architectural, Structural, MEP, landscape and interior design drawings and determine the quantities of work for the project, You will provide quantities for site work, concrete, steel, Masonry , Facade finishes, and interior work- framing, doors, drywall, cabinets, miscellaneous items. You will also quantify Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical lighting etc.

Documents will be sent to you as PDF files. Your quantities will be summarized area by area on Excel spreadsheets. All quantities will be in English units- feet and inches.

All communication will be by email and using file transfer sites.
