T-Shirt Designer

We are a rising German company that sells T-shirts and merchandising all over the world. We are looking for a new, motivated and talented designer to join our team and to establish a long-term partnership.
Your tasks will be to create abstract designs with illustrations, lettering designs and a combination of both.

REQUIREMENTS:
... Already experienced in print on demand T-shirt design
... You have to create the designs by your own, ideally you draw them (not purchase from other platforms or individuals, not borrowed, not copied, no plagiarism). Using other designs as inspiration will be OK
... The designs have to be unique, creative and unavailable on the market
... Proactivity: You improve/develop given ideas on your own and you propose trends and niches on your own
... We need 10 to 20 high-quality designs every day (Monday to Friday) or 60 to 90 designs/per week
... Great knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator or any other related software. We need PNG, AI or PSD
... Basic knowledge in trademark and copyright (we will check for trademark issues and copy cats)
Important: the collaboration and payments will end immediately if a violation of copyrights is found.
... Google Drive or Dropbox and Slack (for communication and data transfer)
... Good English skills for the designs and the communication
... A responsible work attitude, that means: your designs are finished in-time, deadlines are binding.
... We expect honesty and reliability from all our designers. We demand it from you and you can expect it from us in return.
... Important: Nothing you send us, was ever and will be never sent in the future to anyone else (you give us the exclusive and sole rights on the design)

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
... Reliable, fair and guaranteed payment every week (preferred via paypal)
... 300$ in the first 2 months, 400$ from the 3rd month / full-time
... Possibility of further salary increases depending on quality and motivation
... Additionally a good bonus system depending on your sales (the more high-quality designs you design, the higher the chances of sales and increased earnings)
Please note: This bonus arrangement works more on a trust basis because you will not be able to check it. However, we want you to be part of the success.

If we see, that you would fit in our team, we will send you 2 ideas of T-shirt designs that you will be asked to create by yourself in your unique style and send them back to us (deadline will be given). The two best applicants get the job.
