We are a digital marketing agency based out of Scottsdale, Arizona with a special focus on high-end Google Ads management and we are the BEST at what we do!

We have a small team of 15 rock stars, all committed to working hard to make sure our clients are successful.


What we’re looking for:

We need a new Junior Client Manager!

The foundation of our work is client relationships. We treat our clients like respected family members and it’s important to have the right people in the role of client manager.

At the same time, client managers need to understand Google Ads enough to interface with the technical team, answer client questions, help troubleshoot problems, and guide the campaign strategy.

This unique mix of right brain (client relationship building and management) and left brain (campaign strategy and data analysis) skills makes client managers very special people. They are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful team members who can help us grow!


Salary & growth opportunities:

We have a very aggressive payscale that’s meant to help attract the best talent in the world and provide additional incentives as you grow with us! We pay more than anyone in our market because we want to attract the best talent in the world. However, please keep in mind that we also expect a lot out of our team members.


Junior Client Managers start at $1,500 a month
You’ll work under a full client manager as you learn the trade
You’ll be assigned clients slowly as we begin to build your confidence
You’ll be graded on your client retention and campaign performance
Once you are managing a full slate (30 clients) you will be promoted to a full Client Manager

Full Client Managers start at $2,000 a month
After 30 accounts you will get paid an additional $50 a month for each new account you manage
You’ll be graded on your client retention and campaign performance

Senior Client Managers start at $3,000 a month
This is a role specifically designated for the Client Managers that truly excel at their jobs
You will manage a slate of high-end clients as well as assist other Client Managers

The pay raises from this point on become customized to the individual.

The ideal candidate:

English proficiency: Strong written and spoken English is an absolute must. Your job is talking to clients! We’ll need to make sure that there’s no language barrier. You should also be very comfortable with video conferencing and connecting with clients directly.

American timezone: Because you’ll be managing clients, you will need to be available when the clients are available. This means a full day spent on US time. You can define the window that works best for you (Eastern to Pacific). This can be very difficult if you aren’t acclimated to it so please make sure this isn’t a deal breaker before applying.

Google Ads: Experience with Google Ads is a significant plus but not an absolute requirement. We are willing to discuss the role with applicants who aren’t versed in Google Ads but it’s important to note that you’ll need to go through a significant training period. You are not expected to run Google Ads campaigns (those are run by our account specialists). However, you need to know Google Ads well enough to help influence strategy as well as be the conduit between our account specialists and clients.

Client management: The core of your job is relationship building. You need to be a person that cares deeply about helping make other people successful. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to coach clients. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations and have the ability to diffuse tense situations and the foresight to navigate around potential pitfalls.

Strategy: The client manager is the key to the campaign’s success! Your job is to learn about the client, understand who they are, what they sell, who they sell to, etc. And then, because you’re a Google Ads expert, use your knowledge to help build campaigns that ensure the clients are wildly successful. While you aren’t running the Google Ads campaigns yourself, you need to know Google enough to help assist in driving strategy with the Google Ads managers on our team.

Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

The hiring process:

90% of the applicants will not follow the instructions outlined Upgrade to see actual infone of them will be considered. For those that do follow the instructions, we will create a short-list of applicants and then ask you to take a quick personality test. This is a prerequisite to the hiring process.

Then, we’ll schedule interviews. You will be sent instructions for how to schedule the interview and what to prepare. All interviews are conducted over video conferencing. If you aren’t comfortable with video conferencing then this role isn’t right for you as we do a lot of it.

After the interviews, we will make our final decisions and offer the position to our chosen candidate.
