Content Manager for Youtube/Facebook

Hello,

I am looking for a researcher/organizer/manager position for youtube and other social media platforms such as facebook.
I make daily content and I need somebody to do market research in my niche and the following:
1. Be able to organize content in a spreadsheet that is efficient and clear
2. Find video ideas to film in my industry
3. Plan out captivating and related titles
4. Plan out youtube thumbnails
5. Be in close communication with a graphics artist/editor and instruct them on what to edit/crop for the goal of re-purposing content from Upgrade to see actual info to facebook or instagram
6. Upload and optimize videos on youtube (can provide training on this), as well as to facebook.
7. Be able to do other simple general virtual tasks
