JOB OVERVIEW

We are growing our intake department and need someone to help manage and direct potential and new customers during U.S. business hours. The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English language skills and be able to manage both web inquiries, internet leads, and inbound phone calls. A successful candidate will be able to quickly and efficiently take phone calls, manage client questions and expectations, request and file client information, and coordinate with other staff members. Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.

A Windows PC, reliable Internet and headset are required. We will provide all software. Please send a writing sample, a resume/CV, and an audio clip demonstrating English speaking skills.
