Quality Assurance Specialist Needed for Immediate Start

We are looking for two quality assurance assistants to help us manage our design team.

We produce custom designs for pet owners and we produce over 1000 designs per day.

We are looking for at least two new staff members to work as quality assurance assistants.

The role will involve:
• Working as the quality assurance manager for a team of our freelance artists (you will have a team of around 10-20 artists)
• Receiving folders of designs from your artists on a daily basis
• Checking the designs against our quality standards and quality checklists
• Approving the folder if all quality standards are met
• Requesting edits to designs when needed
• You will be in contact with your artists daily discussing the edits needed to their work and/or approving the work when quality has been met
• Once you have approved the work, you will forward it on to print team by sharing a link in Slack

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working as a virtual assistant
• Have at least 30 hours per week to commit to this role
• Be willing to learn from your other quality assurance managers who you will work with
• Be familiar with Slack and Google Drive
• Be available for an immediate start
• Be dependable, reliable and excited for a new, exciting career opportunity

Additional attractive qualities include:
• Experience/knowledge in graphic design (this is not a requirement, but it would be helpful)
• Previous work in graphic design (not a requirement, but it would be helpful)
• Previous work in a quality assurance role

The role will be paid at a rate of $3 per hour. You will be paid weekly via TransferWise.
