“D House of Brands” is an umbrella company running multiple eCommerce brands in different niches - Pets, Cosmetics, Kids & Babies, and more.

Our vision is to make buying stuff online fair & fun by providing customers with unique engaging experience where we do not only sell to them, but support their needs, their passion and entertainment needs.

For one of our newest projects, we’re looking for a talented VA who’s passionate about eCommerce, selling stuff online, business in general and anything online in specific.

We’re looking for someone who seeks to grow with us for the long term (we have team members who’ve been with us for over 6 years), improve their current skills and be exposed to, as well as willing to learn new ones.

Among Your Responsibilities:
~ Work closely with our CEO & Owner on the company’s daily tasks.
~ Conduct market research and be able to organize data in a clear way.
~ Work closely with our other team members and different departments.
~ Run reports for us (sales, activity, etc).
~ Communicate with our suppliers, partners and so on.

Minimum Requirements:
~ Fluent level of English.
~ a strong Go-Getter, Problem-Solving Attitude (we’re looking for creative minds who know how to get shit done! Period.).
~ a Team-Work approach, but can also work on your own and manage your time properly.
~ Hard-Working, High-Goals attitude! You wanna’ get far in your career? Lets' go there together!
~ Some who’s curious and interested in online marketing / online ventures / social media and business in general.
~ Experience working with eCommerce brands - an advantage. please mention in your application.

Working Hours:
M-F: 8:30am - 5pm Manila time with 45 minutes paid break. (if you are a fit, working hours are slightly negotiable).
Note: Rarely, and in coordination with you but working hours might change, including weekend (again - very rarely).
