JOB OVERVIEW

Telemarketer for Medicare products needed. Must be fluent in English but must also be able to speak English as a native speaker would regarding Grammar and Syntax so the person you are speaking to won't easily know you are overseas.

You would be talking to American Seniors, ages 65 and older, who have already responded to an advertisement in the mail or from online. After asking them a few questions from a script that should help peek their interest, you would then transfer the person you are calling to a live Upgrade to see actual info COLD CALLING.

The job is not difficult, but it does take a good work ethic, a positive mental disposition, friendly demeanor over the phone. The ability to empathize with someone over the phone and to talk outside of the script while also staying on topic is tremendously valuable.

We can teach you the basics of Medicare. Enough that you can actually have a conversation with someone and then transfer them. But not so much that you will be asked to actually position the product or even do any sales. Your most important traits for the position is just being friendly, positive, and having them interested in the help that they already applied for or inquired about.

If you are successful, the position could turn into full time and eventually a virtual assistant.


Requirements:

? Must have excellent English speaking skills with a friendly phone demeanor.
? Must have reliable high speed internet and a computer as you will be calling from your computer to US customers.
? Must be comfortable using a dialer such as XenCall/Readymode.
? Must be able to write fluently in English.


More about this position:
? Primarily 2 shift options are available. 20 hours per week. either 9am to 1pm Eastern Standard Time (East Coast US Time) or 1pm to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (East Coast US Time).
? Can expand to 30 or 40 hours per week based on success rate.
