Talented and creative designers needed for apparel company (Long-term position)

Graphic design job requirements:

Hi guys! My name is Tyler and I am one of the owners of Clothable apparel! We are based out of the United States and we are looking to hire several highly skilled and creative graphic designers and are wanting this to be a longterm relationship.

A little bit about what our company does. We are a custom apparel business that specializes in working with Fraternities and Sororities, elementary/middle schools and sports teams. Your fulltime job would be creating detailed shirt designs. Some designs that we need (the designs for fraternities and sororities) are extremely complex and intricate while the school and sports designs are much more basic.

Job Requirements
- extremely creative
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to work with little guidance from us.
- For example, we will give you a theme or a topic for a shirt and you must be able to get us back designs that look extremely professional, clean, unique, and with intricate details. The link below is the style of designs that we like. For example, we may give you a theme of “Kentucky Derby Date Party” and you must be able to get us back a unique design that pertains to the theme as well as follows a similar style that we like.

- Artistic- ability to mix and match colors that look good together and get the right design color schemes to look good on various shirt colors.
- Ability to make designs look clean and professionally done without the "Cheap" look
- Good English
- Good sense of American culture (like I said, some of our main clients are American Fraternities and Sororities on college campuses and culturally relevant designs are often asked for)
- Ability to ask for clarification or guidance if you don’t understand something
- Ability to work 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM (with 30 minute lunch break or until 4:30 with an hour lunch break) Philippine Time. Working time is negotiable, we just ask that our days overlap by at least 1-2 hours (We are central time as we are based out of Kansas City). We prefer that you work Philippine day time for your health and wellbeing.
- I can’t overemphasize the fact that you must be creative and artistic and have the ability to come up with unique and creative designs with little guidance from us.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively and get us designs back in a timely manner.
- Advanced ability to use Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
-Ability to free draw designs as needed. We have access to freepik and other licensed images but sometimes vector images won't work. Sometimes we will send you a screenshot of a design and say it needs to be the exact same.

What I need from you:
1: Send me an artsy image/design that you find on the internet.
2: Send your resume, portfolio of previous work, and other relevant information.
3: Tell me about your experiences and what type of monthly salary you expect to make starting out.
4: Are you currently employed? If so, why are you leaving your job? If not, why did you leave your previous job? What would make you stay longterm at a job? Like I said, whenever we hire, we always look for longterm and quality hires.


We are looking to have the hiring process done in under a week with orientation and introduction starting 1-2 days after hiring depending on your Upgrade to see actual info needs to be full-time and we need to be your primary employment. We have a great and open company culture. We are very understanding and like to get to know all of our employees on a company basis.
