Position:
Social Media, Instagram Expert for Ecommerce Business

Salary:
$Upgrade to see actual infoper month depending on the experience. This is just the starting point as there will be plenty of opportunities for raises and spot bonuses!

Annual Compensation Review is Guaranteed

Type of Employment:
Full Time & Long Term

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a three-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. I will pay $100 for each week. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

Application Process:
1) Submit your application with your Instagram Portfolio (Link to the Instagram page you are managing or used to manage).
2) Successful applicants will be contacted and scheduled for a Skype Interview. This is just to get to know each other better and to ask any questions that both parties might have.
3) Online Personality Test (should take you less than 20 minutes)

Hours:
-40 hours/week
-Able to work PST time zone (roughly 1 PM-10 PM PST) this is just an estimate. Happy to discuss and accommodate the hours
-Able to work 2-4 hours on weekends

*Absolutely Must Have:
-At least 3 years of good experience as an Instagram expert, content creation
-Highly familiar with the Instagram algorithm, the use of hashtags, searches, and keyword allocation
-Knows how to do influencer marketing, working with brand ambassadors, sourcing leads
-Portfolio of the Instagram page under own management (present or previous)
-Excellent English written and verbal skills
-Able to design for Instagram visuals using Photoshop and/or Illustrator
-Very good and reliable internet connection (both for download and (especially upload speed) (download speed of at least 3 MBPS or higher)

-Backup desktop or laptop, backup internet connection

-With Full Honesty and Transparency

-NO OTHER Jobs, Commitments or Employments (this will require your full commitment)

*Nice to Have (but not required):
- Previous Amazon Experience is a huge plus
- Experience working with Dietary Supplements (that’s what I sell on Amazon)

6. Convert followers to customers
7. Create Instagram stories

This is not a regular job post for you just to make some money and for me getting a “social media, Instagram expert.” This is very different. I am looking for somebody who always strives for excellence, pushes for more, and never settles for mediocrity. Being remarkable is what we do in my business. I truly believe in integrity and fairness. So I always will be more than happy to reward great and outstanding work.

About myself:
My name is Tim and I am running an Amazon FBA business in the USA, I sell Dietary Supplements. I live in Vancouver, Canada. I also work with my Business Associate, Angel, from Manila, Philippines. She is responsible for most of the day-to-day operations and is an integral part of the business. The business has been seeing good growth so it is a good time to expand our team and to find the right teammate to work together with, especially handling our Instagram pages! We are very easy going and friendly folks in general. Though when it comes to business we are very strict, demanding and accept nothing but excellence from OURSELVES. So we would expect the same from others. At the same time, we are very fair, open-minded, reasonable, patient and willing to listen and compromise. Highly opened to new ideas and suggestions.
