JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate

Will have a passion for social media and online marketing including SEO. They will have at least a basic understanding of SEO and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as blogging. They will have experience working remotely before in the industry. They will have admin experience and know how to use Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word. They will have a headset, quality telephone, good internet connection that is reliable and a computer. They must be intelligent, a good communicator with great written and speaking English. Must be able to think logically and critically with good organisation skills. Must be available full time and not work for other companies as it is a full time role.

The role

The candidate will be working for an SEO agency based in London, mainly via skype and telephone Monday- Friday 11am to 6pm UK time. The role involves working remotely with a small digital marketing team on a day to day basis on the client campaigns. Our goal is to carry out SEO and social media for a range of clients. Our job is to get all the work done for the clients every month and have it ready for their monthly reports.

We have team members in the Philippines already and full training is provided.

The main tasks include:

- setting up and updating social media pages
- putting together documents for clients
- admin tasks such as arranging meetings
- optimising and boosting positive pages we set up
- keeping client information together and campaign information like start dates
- reporting to the account director and assisting the team members
- helping put together proposals and reports for clients

*No sales or direct client contact is part of the role, no PPC, and copywriting
