About YOU: We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who is driven to deliver high quality results. This CEO needs someone who will help him be successful by managing the details of his personal and professional life. You will be given the support and resources you need to succeed in this role. Key to success is working closely and efficiently with a group of executive members. This is the perfect position to get behind-the-scenes exposure to business and hands-on experience in the day-to-day of running of a fast-growing franchise.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage appointments & book travel arrangements for CEO
• Support CEO in every facet of running a company
• Stay on top of the CEO’s ever-changing priorities and projects
• Open to learning and being flexible
• Compose written communication for the CEO
• Represent CEO with outside contacts
• Manage projects initiated by the CEO and ensure projects are completed on time

Qualifications:
• We expect and are seeking an assistant who is seeking a tenure with us at or in excess of 2 years
• Bachelor’s preferred
• Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills
• Critical thinker and creative problem solver
• Positive, Energetic & Passionate, Adaptable, Collaborative and Efficient
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and a fast learner who can work independently as well as collaborate with other team members or departments
• Relevant prior assistant experience (2+ years) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google G Suite

Work Schedule & Location:
• Full-time; Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm PST
• Flexible schedule; occasional weekend and evening hours may be required
• Virtually working at A. Gueco St., Pulung Maragul, Angeles, 2009 Pampanga

Compensation:
• Depending on Experience
