JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a team of virtual assistants who can work in different time zones.
There will be several tasks each individual will be performing.
We are an eCommerce retailer and there will be different tasks for everyone.

For example;
Research and listing
Order management
Customer service
Returns and refunds processing
Dealing with suppliers in the US and UK region. There will be more suppliers down the line across Europe.

There will be two types of people who will work with us.
Manager
Assistant Manager

The Manager will be able to have a small profit share from the main business along with his hourly fee. However, you must qualify for our eligibility criteria. This will be discussed down the line with the shortlisted people.

Flexible hours, you may decide what hours you want to work daily and assign yourself the time slot.
A minimum of 8 hours daily is a requirement.

You must have a good internet connection.
We will do an interview through Skype
You should be good at English both written and spoken

You’ll be provided complete training for your assigned tasks. We already have lead team members in the Philippines and they will train you in your language.

If you have prior experience with online eCommerce business, that is a plus. But it is not a requirement.

As long as you are a fast learner, we are happy with you and will train you accordingly.

We don’t prefer the following
Moms with very young children
People already working for other employers for more than 6 hours a day
