JOB OVERVIEW

We have a successful Amazon business and need a diligent, fast working, English speaking, English writing, happy engaged person to run the day to day operations for our business.

We have in depth training videos and SOP's to help with onboarding but need someone who has experience working with the Amazon marketplace. We will teach you new and more advanced tasks but a solid understanding is required.

We are based in Australia and sell on Amazon in the US, UK, EU and Australia. We are a team of three and are very busy so need someone who is dedicated to working quickly with a great team who are willing to teach and are willing to invest in our people. We want someone who wants to join a fast paced environment and be rewarded for great work.

Requirements include:

1. Understanding Amazon seller central and how the Amazon marketplace operates including customer service, creating shipping plans, inventory control, contacting Amazon for refunds and reimbursements, contacting customers, uploading listings and images and doing some keyword research

2. Day to day management of the Amazon marketplace and being responsible for keeping everything running smoothly

3. We use Trello, Slack and Google Suite so having an understanding of these softwares will be helpful

4. Being available full time - 5-7 hours per day on week days, 5 days per week and a few hours on weekends just to check everything is running smoothly

5. Very sound written and spoken English
