Marketing Assistant - Content Writer - Project Manager

Looking for a full-time marketing assistant for a boutique digital marketing agency. This position is perfect for a marketing-minded individual that has a variety of experience in project management, creating content that converts and many different marketing concepts listed below. The ideal candidate does not have to be the best at all marketing aspects, but understand them and be willing to do the work.

The marketing assistant should be familiar and able to execute in the following concepts:

-Writing and organizing content for a variety of website projects. (Must be a good writer in English and able to create content)
-Marketing sales funnels
-Marketing automation (SharpSpring is the platform we use)
-Website building (SEO, link strategies, basic programming languages)
-Conversion optimization
-User Experience and optimization
-Graphic design and proper application of images to create emotions in visitor
-Video creation, editing and scriptwriting.
-Keyword research and competitor research
-Social media with advanced knowledge of Facebook page management and Facebook ads
-Chat, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook bots (Many Chat, Mobile Monkey, etc)
-Email marketing
-Paid search engine marketing (Google and Bing)
-Remarketing, Audience building and targeting

The marketing assistant will be part of a team that builds websites in Wordpress. So general to advance Wordpress administration is required. Knowledge of CRM, Sharp Spring and marketing automation tools is also required.

Must be extremely organized, focused and able to create and execute a plan. The marketing assistant is a very important project manager role and is responsible for keeping projects organized and on track, setting timelines and to do lists, as well as actually creating content and managing social campaigns and pages.

We were customers in many industries that include travel, auto sales, construction, financial planning, Digital marketing services, professional services and are growing every day.

Abilities to prospect and handle outreach is a plus. However, we realize that this position requires are versatile professional and this is not a deal-breaker.

Looking for a full-time person, but will consider part-time for the right applicant. This person should always be proactive to get work done versus always waiting for details and direction. This person should be a problem solver and passionate about digital and internet marketing.
