Founders Healthcare is seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join the VA Team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for managing, generating, and converting leads using out documented and trained system via live chat. This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills.

A background in Lead Generation is a plus, but not required. The most important attributes are detail-oriented, strong work ethic, eagerness to LEARN, and high integrity.

INITIAL TASKS includes the following:
1) fulfill social media, LinkedIn & digital marketing duties (complete training provided)
2) organizing calendars & time management
3) provide quality work
4) help the organization meet deadlines
5) setting up office software and other admin related tasks
6) fill in for very basic, admin-related duties
7) learning and documenting all internal processes of the organization's operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-must have a reliable internet connection
-must be really good in written English as this will be similar to chat support.
-must have a great attitude with a desire to commit and grow with the company
