Google play console and android java development

Currently i have android apk done by developer team, in the past and all the source code

but i don't know how to use google play and how to create apk from my source code

so i need someone who can teach me install the software and explain to me the code inside and how to release the app to public

just give me overview

also i hope you familiar with google play console

we will have skype call and do Upgrade to see actual info, you can guide me how to do it
