AWAYTEAM is in need of a full-time, talented, dedicated, and skilled LinkedIn Marketing Expert . The candidate has to be highly organized who works quickly, efficiently and creates structure.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

LinkedIn Advertising:

- Work with our directors to discern our sales needs in relation to Upgrade to see actual infovelop different
strategies and ideas in order to make strategic connections with critical employees relevant
to our business.
- Help create a LinkedIn lead generation funnel in order to help drive qualified sales leads to
our business.
- Help us effectively and strategically improve and maintain our LinkedIn profiles.
- Closely monitor the results throughout the engagement and optimise our outreach to ensure a
successful flow of business (includes changes in targeting, tweaking keywords, search terms
etc.).
- Communicate with our team during each week providing outlines of the work being
undertaken and analysis of the results.
- Identify opportunities for additional audiences, ads, content, and ultimately...leads!


Admin Support:

- Support the accounts department by performing clerical tasks.
- Entering correct financial data into the correct tables and spreadsheets – updating regularly
- Entering invoices, making and receiving payments, reconciling Upgrade to see actual info our accounts system.
- Downloading and filing invoices.
- Correspondence with clients in regards to overdue payments or monthly statement.
- Identifying and rectifying accounts issues – notifying managers of any issues as soon as they
arise.
- Making payment to suppliers in accordance with due dates.
- Processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding
communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties.

Ideally, the candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in Sage 50 Accounts Systems or Quickbooks (nice to have but not required; candidate will be trained)
- Data Entry
- Knowledge surrounding invoicing, reconciling, profit and loss etc.
- Ability to follow instructions essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- In depth knowledge of LinkedIn
- Ability to stick to deadlines and work within a team
- Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and experience in LinkedIn Marketing
- Have the relevant knowledge and expertise to leverage premium LinkedIn tools such as
Advanced Search and Sales Navigator to hyper-target our ideal prospects as defined by us
