JOB OVERVIEW

Job Purpose:

This role responsible for handling multiple projects and tasks. The candidate should understand the nature of the business and the processes/systems in order to support the team and grow their role within the team and company. We are a fast growing company with aggressive plans for the coming years and are looking for someone to grow with us.

You do not need any business experience for this role. You just need to be hungry to learn, and great at getting things done. Having an eye for a great looking photo is helpful but most other skills we can teach you.


Job Description:

Handle daily tasks that are essential to the business running and submit them on time. This includes the following:
Deliverables:
- Tracking all properties and their associated tasks
- Downloading, reviewing, labeling and organizing photos
- Entering property information to tour pages
- Making minor photo and floor plan edits
- Emailing clients with finished products
- Following up on deliverables to check satisfaction
- Following up with clients and potential clients

- Helping customers with requests to edit/update information or photos
- Reviewing client bookings to make sure we have all the correct information, make sure they booked the appropriate services and offer additional services
- Invoicing clients and tracking payments
- Keeping backend systems organized (tracking stock photos, archiving old photos)
- Basic bookkeeping
- Outreach to current and new clients
- Documenting systems
- Working with photographer’s schedules and working with them to ensure they are up to date


Job Qualifications:

- Have a basic understanding of operations/admin work and processes of the company
- Have a passion for making things better and more efficient
- Be flexible and open to learning
- Be familiar with online tools and programs (ex. spreadsheets and data entry/management) and have the ability and initiative to explore and learn new ones
- Have a good eye for what looks good in photos and what doesn’t (example: Upgrade to see actual info)
- It’s helpful to be familiar with Lightroom and Photoshop
- Communicate well in writing and in speaking
- Work well with a team
- Be attentive to details
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to handle multiple projects
- Be able to be efficient and stay organized
- Be able and comfortable making decisions after being trained. Problem solving skills and making decisions with minimal guidance is a great thing to have.
- Display exceptional customer service or client interaction – your written English needs to be very good, as we want to be very comfortable having you communicate directly with clients.
- Be willing to ask questions and learn new tools (we’ll train you on everything but will have you work with multiple tools and systems).
- Having reliable and fast internet is important for this position as you will be downloading and uploading a lot of photos.


Additional Notes:

- We are looking for the right long-term fit, most of the actual tasks can be taught and learned quickly.
- Written English and good communication skills is important.
- Understanding of what a good real estate photograph looks like is helpful (example: Upgrade to see actual info)
- Working hours are based on a US schedule but certain tasks can be flexible.
- We have a team all over the world, but most are in the US.

We communicate often via Loom videos and Zoom calls.

The key items are to be very well organized and efficient, have great communication skills, be able to learn and willing to ask questions, handle multiple tasks on any given day, and help support our team and growth.
