We are looking to hire an absolute Rockstar with a systems mindset. We need someone with experience in building out systems and processes for a company. We are looking for someone extremely organized with very high attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities
* Type out and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will be distributed to the company to use.
* Organized with extreme attention to detail
* Superb written English skills
* Ability to take complex information and communicate it simply and clearly
*Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
*Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
*Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office etc.)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar etc.)
Excellent time management skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Experience with Airbnb, Your Porter, Slack, Pricelabs, and Trello a plus
Demonstrated success/experience in working in the Hospitality Industry a plus
Experience in web design is a plus
Experience in Marketing with
Work station is located in a room with a door to avoid distractions
If necessary, babysitting services are arranged to provide a time slot of undisturbed, focused attention to details
A strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Google Hangouts.
