If you have excellent communication and listening skills we'll be happy to train you on everything you need to know. However, it's important that you are a fast learner, who is eager to develop and grow new skills
What Are You Going To Be Doing?
You’re going to be handling customer support and sales support related tasks. This means you will be getting pinged on your phone and laptop when customers message us from our live chat. You will also be using HelpScout to respond to customer support and sales support related
Requirements
1. Be organized
2. Be able to handle rejection, angry customers and demanding clients without getting depressed, demoralized or upset.
3. Be patient, polite and friendly at all times, not reactive when you receive angry messages.
4. Comfortable with technology
5. Have excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
6. Enjoy making outbound calls and talk with customers like a friend.
7. Love what you do and have genuine interests in helping people.
8. Put 100% of your heart into any tasks given because you love what you do.
9. Excel at researching information.
10. Have respect for your supervisor and open to receive constructive feedback.
11. Love challenges and always strive to grow and be better
