Security and architecture expert for filling in RFPs

I work for a mid-sized software company and we often get a lot of questionnaires around our security, architecture and privacy during a sales process. I need someone that understands a lot about those concepts and that can fill in those questionnaires in short notice every time a new one pops up.

Good English skills are a must!
