Virtual Executive Assistant – Job Description
Company Summary
CareWorks Health Services is a in-home caregiving agency that provides caregivers to elderly and disabled people (children and adults) to help them with their daily activities like bathing, dressing feeding, errands, and household tasks.
We are looking for a virtual executive assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and team while working remotely. This role will require you work PST (Los Angeles time zone) initially until we determine if the role can be more flexible on the schedule. Position will range from 20 hours a week in the beginning to 40 hours (full time) once you are fully trained.
Hours: 20 -30 hours per week until a few projects are done. After project completion, we will assess to see if position will be 20 hours per week or more (company is growing)
Job Duties

• Create presentations
• Perform market research
• Database building, entry, and updates
• Recruiting for potential team members (source for office staff as needed)
• Prepare & create operation procedures book
• create explainer videos from procedures book
• Manage, build relationships, update social media and marketing accounts (MailChimp,
• Produce Reports
• Guest blogging, posting, and commenting (to increase links to our site)
• Participate in discussion forums or message boards
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• 2 years experience in copy/content writing for
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
• Experience with social media
• Experience with MS Office
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Outlook or Google Calendar)
