This is an amazing opportunity to learn the amazing world of real estate investing. We are a busy real estate investing company, and we do a LOT of marketing, that generates calls from property owners. That would like for us to purchase their property. Here's how you can help us. Listen to and transcribe the voice mail messages, from property owners and input the information into our CRM., and research the property information left on the voice mail by the property owners and add the information and details to our CRM., You'll also help us in preparing documents that are needed for the process of buying and selling properties that we find. We will also need you to spend some time on the phone. There are property owners that don't leave enough information on their messages, so you will have to call them and follow up using a simple script to ask them for details about their property. There are property owners that call into our phone system listen to the message and instead of leaving a message they will simply hang up. You'll have to call them back and ask them if they have a property for sale. If they say yes, you'll follow a simple script to gather the information and input it into our CRM., system. This is not an sales position. You'll simply be a friendly voice that will ask them a series of questions so that our internal team can contact them. There are a few MUST haves for Upgrade to see actual infoiendly you must come across as warm and friendly so that the customers can feel free and comfortable providing us/you with the necessary information about the property. You must be able to type at least 35-40 words a minute. There will be a lot of information that you'll be typing. You will be listening to the voice mail messages and speaking with the customers. So typing is a must for you to have. You must be able to speak good English. This position will begin as an hourly position and if all works out.
