WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Noni Brands is looking for a full-time Recruiting Specialist who will work alongside the entire Phillippine/Toronto based Recruitment and HR team to aggressively and consistently find and hire candidates that are a good fit for our current open roles.

You will assist in all recruiting matters across the company i.e. from recruiting, interviewing, to hiring. To perform well in this role, you should have previous extensive experience working in a recruitment role with a track of success in your previous roles. You should be extremely familiar with the Philippines job market and job boards.

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

- Aggressively screening, recruiting and filling key positions for both remote positions in the Philippines and for our Toronto-based positions
- Work with managers to proactively identify sourcing needs to effectively match current and future demand
- Anticipate future hiring needs and maintain a consistent pipeline of profiles in demand
- Conducting phone screen interviews and sorting through applications
- Evaluate and manage social media recruitment strategies
- Think of new effective ways to improve our current remote hiring systems
- Ensure that job descriptions and job requisitions are current and up to date

MUST HAVES:

- 2-3 years in recruitment
- Experience in recruiting graphic designers, copy-writers, developers, digital marketing specialists, or Amazon related roles
- Experience in using various Philippines job boards
- Understand the general labour law rules and processes in the Philippines
- Advanced verbal AND written communication in English (must be comfortable speaking to both Toronto-based candidates and candidates in the Philippines)
- Must be proficient in the whole Microsoft Office
- Must work well under stressful situations and deadlines
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with all colleagues
- Self-driven work ethic (you are someone who loves taking initiative and are always looking for new ways to improve)
- Organizational, time management and people skills are a must for this position
- Be comfortable being on camera (in the case we decide to film training videos)
