We are an online business that enables customers to find the cheapest skip bins online with the ability for online bookings. The business is based in Australia and can be completely managed through our online platform.
Your responsibility:
1. Take phone calls from customers to:
- provide customer service to help them track their delivery or order (we will train you on this)
- educate customers on the type of bin they need and the type of waste that can go in the bins (we will train you on this)
- produce an online quote for the customer, you enter details on the website specific to the customer and book for them if they are happy with price (we will train you on this)
2. Reply to
- Support, similar to the phone calls, writing back to the customer to tell them what they need to do or how to book. (we will train you on this)
- Sales, follow up
- Complaints - try to calm the customer and follow a procedure of escalation
3. Do some basic market research for competitor pricing and some research to find new suppliers to join the website.

We are looking for:
1. A person with great customer service skills, sometimes the customers can be rude and pushy but it is important to be extremely friendly and patient.
2. A person who speaks, understands and writes English extremely well - this is key.
3. A person who is clear in the way they talk - not too strong of an american accent, best suited to the Australian market.
4. A person who is extremely responsive and is able to take calls during Australian business hours. We do not want to miss any calls!
5. A quick learner and is driven and motivated to succeed. If the business and sales succeed then this person will be rewarded.
6. A person that works in a quiet setting - we do NOT want background noise.
