JOB OVERVIEW

You will be working for an Amazon reseller in the USA, with other management assistants to help SEARCH, LIST, and TROUBLESHOOT sales issues in our store.

This is a long term, NIGHT-SHIFT FULL-TIME position where you can work remotely and be able to apply your skills in Amazon Listing, Marketing and customer service.

This job will also provide performance incentives, bonuses, paid leaves upon becoming a regular employee.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Long term experience working an 8-hour shift 5 days a week on US timezone.
- Knowledgeable in Amazon flat file uploading (not required but a plus).
- Data-driven and highly analytical, with excellent spreadsheet skills (with formulations).
- Technically proficient with online tools needed for this role.
- Excited and motivated to learn and self-train in new tools and strategies.
- Equipped with the right tools for the job: Fast laptop/desktop PC, Fiber internet, quiet working environment, backup internet/power.


1. Superior communication skills and great work ethic;
2. Feel comfortable follow our work schedule (9:00 am to 6:00 pm PACIFIC TIME);
3. Good working level personal computer and Legitimate high-speed home internet access, stable connection and access to our platforms;
4. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, reply in time, stand by and be ready for the task during work hours;
5. Excellent time management and administrative skills;
6. Great attention to details;
7. Be conscientious, keep a professional and positive working attitude, maintain the quality of work;
8. Ability to create, implement and manage processes to achieve set outcomes;
9. Willingness to learn, ability to adapt and apply new concepts and methods;
10. ADVANCED Excel, Google sheet, and MS Office skills.
11. Familiarity with e-commerce working environment and have an above-average working level typing ability.
