JOB OVERVIEW

This is a virtual, contracted position

You will be my trusty right-hand, while also acting as the face of the company with our clients and students. You will flawlessly manage my calendar, be quick to graciously respond to email enquiries in our support inbox, and always be on top of every task that is thrown your way.

If you feel like you’re a solution-providing problem-solver and like to put out fires like no one’s business (so people are like: “wait, what fire?”), and manage both clients and your boss like a pro, then keep reading!

Job Responsibilities:

:: Manage Company’s busy support inbox. Handle inquiries from interested women and offer high-touch support to current clients, affiliate partners and students while making them feel well taken care of. Managing extra customer service during program launches.

:: General tasks and research as they come up.

About You:
:: You know what it is like to be a dedicated, committed virtual support person and have strong experience of working within a virtual team, by communicating well and often with your team members.??
:: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Things move quickly around here and you have to be able to roll with it.
??:: You are a go-getter who’s always two steps ahead of the game??:: You have an extremely strong work ethic and are "all in" - this includes being flexible and adaptable to changes, along with being able to compromise.
:: You have a keen eye for detail, but are also able to capture the larger picture
:: You are extremely reliable and always on top of your tasks??:: You possess excellent organizational skills - we love a good spreadsheet and a system that functions well.
:: You understand the importance of communication and consider yourself a good communicator
:: You thrive when working magic behind the scenes, but also love cultivating relationships with clients and their audience??:: You have very keen listening skills and discernment - being able to actively listen where you are absorbing and understanding information, and then responding thoughtfully, and taking action.
??:: You have sales skills or are open to some sales training to assist women in purchasing my programs

Who this job is NOT for:
:: Those who are juggling too many clients and have limited bandwidth.
:: Those who don’t hold themselves accountable and tend to point fingers when something falls through the cracks.
:: Those that feed off “drama” and let their personal lives interfere too often with their work.
:: Those who always wait for instruction, instead of taking initiative to get things done.
:: Those that don’t love offering high-touch customer service.

We help women deal with sensitive emotional and physical issues, so an understanding and patient personality is a must!??Skills/Past Experience:
:: You have 2+ years (at a minimum) in a high-level administrative and/or customer support role.
