Appointment Setter/Administrative Assistant position available at Oakwood Capital, a new investment branch of an existing real estate development company!
Responsible for:
• Answering calls and
• Following up on web leads
• Creating appointment folders, “comping” properties
• Some light data entry/ excel work for calls and marketing list.
• Creating and sending out marketing campaigns (templates provided)
• Creating property sale flyers and send to buyer
• Post/Remove properties from various real estate websites
• Interviewing and managing other remote employees
Must be:
• Able to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Good computer skills
• Have good attention to detail
• Team player and reliable
• Seeking a long term, full time job with great growth potential!
Major bonus for Real Estate Experience!
Must have:

• Ability to make outbound calls to US
