JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a top producing virtual assistant professional (VAP) who is open to using multiple skill sets and learning new ones to help our Real Estate Company buy and sell a high volume of houses.

We're NOT a real estate agency, we're a start-up Real Estate Investment Company that actually buys, renovates, and resells houses. Looking for VAs who are interested in helping to sharpen their skills, increase their knowledge and take advantage of the opportunity to utilize their expertise to help structure a Real Estate Company.

We offer competitive salary + bonuses and an opportunity to learn the real estate business from the ground floor in a work hard / play hard environment. The projects involves handling a range of daily real estate services tasks which include: implementing, testing and administrating real estate Internet marketing software and applications, (i.e. BOF, Podio, REI Rail, Call Loop, Mojo Dialer, Lead Pages, Aweber, Mail Chimp, Skip Tracing, List Source, etc.) as well as answering and making inbound and outbound telecomunication calls, managing leads and setting appointments.

Since this is a start up business, the VAP's INITIAL day-to-day role will involve:
75% real estate support such as inbound and outbound telecommunication cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
25% work on software/app administration initiation and implementation, web content development and research.

Responsibilities of Virtual Assistant Professional (VAP)
Administers inbound and outbound calls for houses and land acquisitions and sales.
Values all leads that come in, analyzes comps and determines "AS IS" and "AFTER Improved" values of subject properties.
Diligently follows up on leads received from the Company the same day you receive them.
Evalutes the seller motivation for selling and/or buying the subject property.
Performs extensive Due Diligence on all properties to include: property evulation and repair estimate.
Works with sellers, buyers, Realtors, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth and timely settlement.
Implements, tests, and administers real estate Internet marketing software and applications.
Anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals. Being a fast-paced, dynamic company, REWA employees can expect to wear many hats and go beyond their traditional duties when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant Professional with inside sales experience in telemarketing, lead generation, (inbound and outbound) sales, and appointment-setting
Goodskills in computer, social media and technical software and applications
Preferably 1 year expertise in setting up and administrating Real Estate software and administrative apps
Associate Degree
Able to work without supervision
Motivated to meet inbound and outbound sales quota that generate base salary + bonus earnings
