LD Innovations is an ecommerce start-up that operates 4 brands, with over 50 different products in niche categories. We design, manufacture and sell physical products online. We are rapidly growing and are seeking to hire a full time influencer manager / social media manager.

The Influencer Marketing Manager will maintain and manage a preferred influencer list, building relationships with influencers for ongoing owned and operated and sponsored campaigns. The ideal person will have existing relationships with influencers and their teams, proven experience identifying and engaging influencers, managing influencer outreach and negotiations. This person will also have deeply rooted interest in culture, entertainment, and lifestyle and be able to identify key influencers for both paid and owned opportunities.

As a social media manager, you will update social networks and curate content to grow followers for our brands. You will also create new social marketing campaigns, build brand recognition, and manage all published company content. Ideally, you will have experience with paid advertising and campaign management. You will need to be proficient in web analytic tools to track campaign progress and researching industry trends to help maintain an active social presence. Ideally you know tactics on how to aggressively build out instagram accounts and drive sales back to the website.

You will be responsible for managing influencers and building social media accounts for the following brands:

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand how to utilize influencers for both paid and earned opportunities for clients.
- Manage digital media influencer marketing campaigns from signed SOW to post-campaign reporting.
- Lead communication on influencer campaigns between brand and influencers, including negotiating with influencers, ensuring campaign and messaging are executed correctly and on time, and optimizing strategy when necessary.
- Create and execute project campaign timelines and schedules, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers.

- Develop, manage and execute social media strategies, both organic and paid
- Maintain expertise across social media platforms as they evolve
- On an ongoing basis, measure and report performance of all social activities, and assess against goals; identify trends and insight
- Develop social media strategy, curate relevant content, adapt voice to match each brand’s tone, author appropriate responses to both positive and negative incoming messages, monitor and report on social activity
